How to make foxtail millet flour

Depending on the quantity of millet flour you wish to store, these are the two ways in which you can make foxtail millet flour:

  1. At home

  • Clean the foxtail millet grains by rinsing it thoroughly with water. 
  • Spread the grains on a clean piece of cloth to ensure the water on the grains get absorbed.

  • Even the coarsely ground grains can be used to make healthy preparations.
