Mymillets focuses on superior quality right from the procurement of the produce till the packaging of the final product to match international standards. Mymillets has a license from Food safety and security authority of India (FSSAI) and our products are packed in an ISO 22000 certified facility thus ensuring the quality of the product delivered to you.

We at Mymillets conscientiously select only the finest quality products after a meticulous process of product selection, because you deserve only the best. We follow strict methods of approval and modern safe farming techniques along with giving utmost attention to hygiene, food and safety procedures. All our packaging material is sourced from certified suppliers to give you optimum quality packaging and guarantee safety.



We deliver products all over India. For deliveries outside India please get in touch with our team either through email at cs@mymillets.com. We dispatch your order in the fastest time possible and ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition. Orders are delivered right at your doorstep be at your office or home. Every order goes through a diligent quality check process and are couriered through well established networks.



At every step of your order from placing it, order confirmation, shipping and finally delivering it, we provide you with SMS/emails. Your order tracking id and other related details are sent to you once order has been shipped from our end. Please do make sure to provide your mobile number to receive the tracking SMS.



We always prefer to deliver all the items in your order in a single batch so that you can relish them as and when you wish. However, in certain rare instances due to unavailability of a product in our storage facilities, we deliver the available items within 48 hours of receiving your order and subsequently the remaining items.



You may provide different billing and delivery addresses at the time of placing an order. You may also change your addresses and phone numbers by logging into your account. You can call us at +91 9440 731 719 to change your account details for an order you’ve placed and that has not yet been dispatched. However, please note once your order has been dispatched by us we cannot change the delivery address. All the information provided by you is stored securely and is not shared with anyone.



We provide Online Payment options via trusted payment gateways. You may pay using netbanking, debit cards, credit cards, and UPI. You may also pay via popular payment wallets. All the information provided by you is stored securely and is not shared with anyone.



  • In case of online Payment failure or double payment…need not worry, we shall look into the error, payment failure may happen due to multiple reasons and refunds are usually done within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Payment information is transferred to us from the payment gateway only when the payment is successful. If you got the message from the bank about the debit but the transaction is shown to you to be unsuccessful, you can contact us at +91 9440 731 719 or cs@mymillets.com and we will get it checked.
  • In case your account has not been deducted for payment, please retry the transaction.


You may cancel your order till you do not receive your order dispatch and tracking details (either as a message or email based on your chosen method). Please get in touch with our customer support team at cs@mymillets.com

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
